At Worthing Beard Company, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help with our straightforward return and exchange policy.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Receipt or Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any returns or exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items, including the proof of purchase.

  3. Shipping: We will organise collection of the package.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your account after approval.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or allow you to choose a different product of equal or lesser value. Exchanges must be unopened and unused.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@worthingbeardcompany.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible and cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items if they are deemed to be at fault of Worthing Beard Company.

7. Sale and Promotional Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged.
